Tips & Guidelines for Reviews

When writing a review remember to:

• Be objective and truthful. Use the product and tell us how you really feel. Useful reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked a product, but also why. Be detailed and specific:
• Did the product meet your expectations?
• What features of the product do you like or dislike?
• Would you recommend the product to others?
• Share ideas, pictures and videos of the product in use.
• The recommended length for a good review is at least 50 to 500 words.
• Stay "on topic". Keep your comments focused on the product.

• Don't spoil it for others. Don't abuse the service. Reviews should not harass, abuse, or threaten another's personal safety or property, make false statements, defame, impersonate someone else, contain profanity, sexually explicit, illegal or otherwise objectionable content.
• Don't post personal information. Never assume that you are completely anonymous and cannot be identified by your posts. Reviews should not include personal information, such as email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers or credit card numbers belonging to you or others.
• Don't post multiple or commercial reviews. Reviews should not include multiple posts by the same user or posts that have spam, commercial or advertising content or links.
• Don't copy or otherwise infringe others' material, trademarks or other intellectual property. Reviews should include your own, original thoughts. We want to hear from you!
• Don't upload HTML, viruses, or other malicious code. Reviews are for text only comments.
• Reviews are for customers only. Product Reviews are for customers to help other customers. Manufacturers or merchants are not allowed to post reviews or any promotional or advertising information in the Product Reviews.

You agree to post reviews and contributions in accordance with the following Guidelines. We will not publish a review unless it follows these Guidelines. • Harmful content - Reviews shall not contain viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other computer program that may damage or affect any system or data
• No single word reviews. Reviews are automatically limited.
• No spamming or advertising - reviews shall not contain commercial web or e-mail addresses and no promotional or advertising material of any kind including the pricing and availability information and alternative ordering information
• No HTML tags
• Reviews should be genuine and content should be relevant and helpful to other users of the website
• Reviews are to be written and shall be published in English
• Reviews that contain questions or comments aimed at other contributors or website users or BRIGHTLINGSBEADS.COM staff and/or representatives will not be published
• Users should not use false e-mail addresses, impersonate others or in any way mislead as to their identity. BRIGHTLINGSBEADS.COM confirms that any personal identifiable information such as addresses, phone numbers or URL's will be removed and reviews or contributions may not be published
• Contributors must be at least 13 years old.
