SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders received after 1pm are treated as if received the next business day. Orders received after 1pm on Friday thru Sunday, will be treated as if received on Monday. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 9:30am-1:00pm EST, excluding Holidays.

We offer several shipping options designed to meet a variety of needs. All UPS shipping options include online package tracking capability. The tracking number is attached to your order when it ships (click Order Status). NOTE THAT UPS CANNOT DELIVER TO A P.O. BOX - CORRECT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER TO AVOID PROCESSING DELAYS.

First Class shipments are sent United States Postal Service (USPS). First class shipping with delivery confirmation is FREE for orders of $35 or more shipped within the continental United States. First Class with delivery confirmation shipments within the United States for orders up to $20 the shipping cost is $3.85, orders between $25 and $34.99 the shipping cost is $2.85. Postal delivery time is normally 3-10 days, but can be longer.

USPS Priority:

Priority Mail shipments are sent United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation price rate begins at $6.95, and increases based on your order amount. Priority mail is NOT a delivery time guaranteed service. It does permit delivery to a P.O. box or to your mailbox. Postal delivery time is normally 2-3 days, but can be longer.

USPS EXPRESS MAIL:
|
Express Mail® is the USPS fastest service for time-sensitive letters, documents or merchandise. Postal delivery time is normally 1 day, but may be two days depending on your location.

***Delivery to MOST addresses in the US including PO Boxes and military addresses.
*** Delivery to most locations 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays at no extra charge.

First Class Shipping to Canada: Canada only, First Class Shipping is begins at $6.95.

Global Priority Mail flat rate of $25 Delivery 4-6 days. Priority handling with no insurance, no guarantees, and customer assumes risk of lost packages. Not available for orders of $200 or more.

Global Priority Express, rate begins at $45, customer will be charged actual cost. Priority handling with no insurance, no guarantees, and customer assumes risk of lost packages. Delivery 2-5 days.

CUSTOMS CHARGES/IMPORT DUTIES: For international orders, any taxes or duties assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
